Given the increases in depression and anxiety in youth and young adults, Fleet & Family Readiness is joining forces with a comedy show of the ages, bringing the topics of mental health, suicide, and suicide prevention to the forefront of discussion with laughter and straight talk to break the cycle of shame. Our goal is to spark dialogue and raise awareness for those suffering from depression through a combination of laughter and vulnerability. The comedians use humor to address critical topics because laughter helps release pain.
